新疆城市和农村居民卫生费用的分析

Analyses of Expense of Health in Urban and Rural Areas of Xinjiang

利用新疆维吾尔自治区卫生服务家庭入户调查中住户收入、消费支出及门诊与住院费用资料,采取多阶段分层、整群抽样的方法,对37474人进行家庭入户健康询问调查,系统分析城乡居民的医疗费用,结果表明:居民医疗保健消费年支出为288.1元,其中城市412.7元,农村152.1元;居民次均就诊医药费用为103.3元,其中城市为116.6元,农村为89.0元;居民次均住院费用为3332.7元,城市为4154.8元,农村为2407.8元;城市次均就诊费用及次均住院费用与全国城市水平相近,但在农村不论是次均就诊费用还是次均住院费,均远高于全国平均水平。因此,新疆城乡居民的医疗费用负担较重,应该合理引导居民对医疗机构的利用,降低医疗费用。

The paper reflects expenses on health care of the residents of Xinjiang by survey data of dwellers' income,expenditure,outpatient cost and inpatient cost.Cluster sampling on various stages and strata method was adopted. 38,474 persons were interviewed and their houses visited for this purpose. In Xinjiang the expenses on health care was 288.1 yuan,in which the expenses on health care of urban dwellers was 412.7 yuan and the rural residents' was 152.1 yuan.The average outpatient cost of people in Xinjiang was 103.3 yuan,of which the average outpatient cost of urban dwellers was 116.6 yuan and the rural residents' was 89.0 yuan. The average inpatient cost of residents was 3,332.7 yuan,of which the average inpatient cost was 4,154.8 yuan in urban and the rural residents was 2,407.8 yuan. Medical expense burden of people is heavy in urban and rural areas,we should reasonably guide the people to make full use of the facilities so as to reduce medical expenses.
