摘要
通过对 1 9J型万能工具显微镜进行数码改造 ,建立了用于工件孔心距测量的CCD数码显微摄像系统。讨论了CCD摄像法测量孔心距的基本原理 ,简要介绍其软件系统 ,为工件孔心距的精密测量提供了快速、有效、经济的测量途径。
The CCD digital microscope camera system for workpiece hole heart distance measurement is established through carrying out number transfrom for the 19J model universal tool microscope.The basic principle of CCD measurement is discussed and brief introduction is given to the software system.Testing result indicates that a fast,effective,economic channel for the precise measurement of workpiece hole heart distance can be attained with the method.
