摘要
为了测量某部件贮存环境中氢气浓度 ,特提出了这种新型氢定量分析工具。通过对国内外各种氢气传感器的研究和探索 ,将光纤传输、标准具透射、钯膜的氢吸附、吸收光谱定量分析各种技术运用为一体 。
Exploit this new type instrument of quantitative analysis for hydrogen in order to measure the hydrogen's density in the storage enviroment of some components.By researching and exploring various sensors of hydrogen,designed this sensor which based on the transmission of fiber optic and etalon,the absorption of hydrogen by palladium film and quantitative analysis for absorptive spectra.
