非大体积混凝土蓄热冷却计算理论研究的现状及其分析 被引量:2

摘要 混凝土冬施采用蓄热法的关键是计算混凝土蓄热冷却时间和冷却过程中的平均温度。从30年代开始,苏联学者提出了各种非大体积混凝土的冷却计算公式,我国的有关专家和技术人员陆续对这些公式进行修正。1981年,湖南大学吴震东教授依据不稳定传热理论,从瞬时动态角度提出了广义的非大体积混凝土蓄热冷却定律,揭示了混凝土蓄热冷却过程的本质,并据此建立了非大体积混凝土蓄热微分方程,该公式计算精度高,理论曲线与实测曲线较一致,应用范围也有较大改进,本文分析了关于混凝土蓄热冷却时间(Z_0)和冷却中的平均温度(t_p)计算的发展过程。 Calculations of the cooling time Z_0 and the average cooling temperature tp are the keys of reservation method during concrete winter construction.Since the year 1930's,scholars of the former USSR have deduced the various formulas for non-mass concrete during winter construction.For years,some experts and technicians of our country have studied and revised these formulas in sucession.Basing upon the instability theory of thermal conductivity and the instantaneous heat mobility,Profess Wu Zhendong of Hunan Univer- sity has put forward in 1981,the general law of reservation method for non-mass concrete construction and revealed the quintessential property of cooling procedure of concrete's thermal reservation.Thus,Professor Wu has eventually derived and established the non-mass concrete thermal reservation differential equation which has been proved of high accuracy and with its theoretical curve identified and reconciled with the practical curve.Its scope of application has been fairly widened and improved,nation-wide.In this article,an analysis has been made upon the development procedure of the cooling time Z_0 and the average cooling tem- perature tp of concrete's thermal reservation.
