摘要 为解决冬期施工试块不能代表混凝土实际强度的问题,北京和新疆地区有关部门进行了用成熟度推测混凝土早期强度的研究。北京地区采用绍尔公式计算混凝土成熟度并乘以差值系数的方法,已制订出相应规程;新疆地区试验温度较宽,试验数据与化学反应速率方程的计算基本一致,总结得出的关系曲线,对混凝土工程施工有现实意义。 In order to determine the concrete's actual strength during winter construction irrespective of its test-specimen,researches have been made by the Xinjing Uygur Autonomous Region and Beijing Munici- pality on the development-rate curve between temperature and strength of an early-stage setting concrete. Thus,the actual strength of concrete can be eventually predicted.In Beijing,it has applied the Saul formula and integrated with the difference coefficient method to make its respective rules and regulations during winter construction of concrete.While in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,the range of testing-temperature is fairly wider,and its test-data has been basically identified and reconciled with the results of the chemical reaction speed equation.In conclusion,the development-rate curve between temperature and strength of an early-stage setting concrete has been obtained and proved of practical usage during winter construction.
