摘要 郑州铝厂黄河水源工程大型取水泵站施工中,在强约束复杂条件下,对控制裂缝采取了一系列综合、简易、实用的技术措施。它们是:分块分层浇筑;合理选择混凝土配合比;降低水化热温度;降低混凝土入模温度;适当配置温度钢筋和构造钢筋;合理选择浇灌方案,保证混凝土均匀连续;加强混凝土的养护和保温;避免降温与干缩共同作用及加强混凝土的温度控制等。由于采用上述措施,大体积混凝土使用5年未发现贯穿性或深进裂缝渗漏水现象。 While under severe,complicated and restrained conditions,there were a series of comprehen- sive,concise and practical technological measures undertaken to Control cracks during construction of the large scale pump station foundation project of the Yellow River water intake work of Zhengzhou City aluminum plant.These measures are listed as follows:(1)separate block sequence cast-in-place concrete,(2)optimum adoption of concrete mixing ratio,(3)reduction of concrete hydration heat temperature,(4)reducing of con- crete temperature in its form,(5)appropriate regulating of temperature and proper arranging of construction- reinforcements,(6)optimum adoption of pouring-in-place program,(7)pledging of a homogeneous and continuous concrete,(8)improvement of concrete curing and its temperature,(9)avoidance and elimination of the effects due to concrete’s stemperature drop and construction and rigorous control of concrete tempetea- ture etc.It has been so far proved successful through the above-mentioned measures that over 5 years op- eration not the slightest leakage nor any depth crack has been found in this massive concrete project.
