The origin and practical significance of the Sino-German cooperative project of the Jiangxi section of Changjiang Protection Forest, the distribution and development of its first phrase are stated. According to the actual implementation of the project, through systems analysis the achievement and internal law of the project are revealed and the benefits are estimated. Some suggestions are posed to optimize the project.
