摘要
在比较分析的基础上介绍了选择光电传感器法作为智能动平衡仪获得基准信号的方案 ,并将此方案成功应用于智能化整机动平衡仪中。详细阐述了基准信号的提取和处理方法。实践证明该法具有传感器安装方便、转换电路简单、价格低廉且获得的基准信号稳定可靠等优点。
The photoelectric sensor is selected as reference signal obtained from intelligent dynamic balance instrument. The method is successfully used in intelligent overall dynamic balance instrument. Extracting & treating method of reference signal is explained in detail. It has proved that there are following advantages: The sensor is easy to install, the circuit is simple to switched. the cost is low and the obtained reference signal is reliable.
