科技期刊是宣传、报道、研究科学技术成果的主要渠道,是学习、收集、积累科技信息的重要途径。科技期刊编辑素质的高低,决定着期刊的质量。科技期刊编辑只有不断提高自身素质,才能适应新时期科技期刊对编辑的要求。
Scientific and technical periodical is the main channel to propagate, report, research scientific andtechnical achievements, and is also an important way to study, colled and accumulate scientific and technical informa-tion. The quality of the scientific and technical periodical editors decides periodical quality.
