摘要
通过对液晶显示器(LCD)与电致发光显示器(ELD)优缺点的比较,说明了新型电致发光显示器的高亮、宽视角等显著特点,指出了它在无纸记录仪中的应用前景。同时对电致发光显示器作为无纸记录仪显示器的设计方法进行了阐述,并详细介绍了以EPSON公司生产的S1D13305液晶显示控制器作为电致发光显示器的控制器,以PLANAR公司生产的EL160.80.50电致发光显示器作为显示器,以51系列单片机为CPU的无纸记录仪显示系统的设计方案及其参考电路和C语言源程序,最后指出了在设计时应该注意的问题。
By comparing EL Display with LC Display on their defects and merits, the article demonstrates the characteristics of EL Display, such as the high brightness and wide view angle and so on, then points out the application prospect of the EL Display on Paperless Recorder Instrument. At the same time, expatiating on the design methord of EL Display as display of the Paperless Recorder Instrument, and introducing in detail theDesign methord, reference circuit and C source programme of Paperless Recorder Instrument system which uses S1D13305F (produced by EPSON, Inc. ) LC Display controller as the EL Display controller, EL 160.80.50 (produced by PLANAR) as display and 51 series macro - chip as CPU. At last, indicating the problems which should be noticed in the design.
