摘要
目前,世界上已有几十座炼铁高炉利用铜冷却壁的超强冷却作用,形成一个无过热炉衬冷却系统,并在炉衬表面形成稳定的渣皮以防止炉衬受侵蚀,从而延长高炉使用寿命。这一新技术应快速移植到有色冶炼系统中来,解决有色冶炼炉炉衬侵蚀严重、炉龄短的难题。
At present, there are tens of blast furnaces for iron smelting. E ach of them utilizes cooling copper wall to form a cooling system for non-overh eating of furnace lining and also to form a stable scale of residue on furnace l ining so as to prevent the lining from erosion,thereby prolonging useful life of each furnace involved. Such a new technology should be implanted as soon as pos sible in nonferrous smelting furnaces on purpose to solve serious erosion of the ir linings and problem of short useful lives of smelting furnaces.
