摘要
阐述了特殊环境下钢板厚度测量的方法与必要性,基于永磁回路原理,设计了一种钢板厚度测量传感器,介绍了其组成和工作原理,并通过试验对传感器进行了标定,结果表明:该方法具有输出稳定、不受环境温度影响、灵敏度较高、静态重复性好、对钢板材质敏感、对薄钢板分辨率高的特点,经标定,可用于表面有油污或非导磁覆盖层的在役钢板或钢管的检测。
The necessity and method of detecting the thickness of steel plate under special environment are introduced in this paper. Based on the principle of magnet field circuit, the sensor detecting the thickness of steel plate is designed, and the construction and working principle of it are given. The calibration test is made, and the results show that this sensor has stable output, high sensitivity and good static repeatability. Besides, it is hardly influenced by temperature. It is sensitive to the material of steel plate and is very suitable to thin steel plate. This method is especially suitable to the inspection of used steel plate or tube covered with drilling oil or other non - magnetic matter after calibrated.
