摘要
介绍了一种新的仪器——虚拟仪器以及虚拟仪器的构成方式、虚拟仪器相对传统仪器的优越性、美国NI公司的图形化虚拟仪器编程软件LabVIEW。通过对太钢中板厂的中板轧机系统进行技术改造,分析中板轧机系统发生断辊事故的原因,设计了不锈钢在线保护系统。在系统中将虚拟仪器技术引入到工业现场,用LabVIEW编写虚拟仪器的软面板,用虚拟仪器取代传统仪器,完成系统功能。本文通过虚拟仪器在轧钢监测系统中应用的实现方案,对虚拟仪器技术在工业自动化领域的应用进行了一次尝试,实际运行表明系统工作正常。
Introduces a new kind of instrument—virtual instrument and the structure of VI, the superiority of VI and the graphics softwear of VI: LabVIEW. When the technology of steel rolling supervising system was in transformed Taigang, the online protecting system of stainless steel was designed. In this system, the technology of virtual instrument was used in the technical scene, the soft panel was compiled by LabVIEW, the traditional instrument are all replaced by virtual instrument. The article apply the virtual instrument technology in the industry and automation area, and the system is running properly in practice.
