摘要
针对国内大部分铁合金企业9000KVA电炉冶炼高碳锰铁,因采用前苏联米库林司基公式计算工艺及电气参数,造成冶炼亏损的问题,通过目前国际通用的安德烈、威斯特里、米库林斯基、斯特隆斯基四种计算方法优缺点对比,提出用斯特隆斯基计算炼炉工艺及电气参数较为合理的观点同时分析了冶炼中的锰回收低、能耗大的原因,为设备改造节约能源提供了依据。
Most 9 000kVA electric furnaces in national ferroalloy enterprises suffer much loss when smelting high-carbon ferromanganese because they apply former Soviet formula to compute technics and electric parameters. By comparing the four international computing methods which areand I find that using formula to compute furnace technics and electric parameters is more reasonable; at the same time, I analyze the reason why the rate of recovery of manganese is low and the energy consumption is great, and provide the basis for equipment reconstruction and energy saving.
