锚杆支护在综采面过断层中的应用

摘要 将掘进巷道使用锚杆支护这项技术应用于采煤工作面遇地质构造尤其是遇断层时的顶板管理工作中.在铁饭碗铁法大明一矿WⅡW4~4-2层综采工作面过断层时,采用了通常采用的三种方法中的第二种,根据实际情况确定了锚杆布置及技术参数和合理的施工工序,有效地控制了项板,使此工作面顺利地通过了断层.打锚杆比劈帮减少了对工作面的影响时间,减轻了劳动强度,增加了安全系数,特别是在出现片帮、掉顶事故前能及时控制帮顶,使工作面迅速、顺利向前推进. The technology of uing the bolt support in the driving roadway is used in administration when the coal face meets geological structures , especially faults .We adopted the second of the most commonly used three methods when WⅡW4~4-2 comprehensive coal mining face passed through the fault. According to the practical situations, we arrangement of bolts, the technological parameters and reasonable working procedure, and effectively controlled the cap plate. As a result, the mining face passed through the fault successfully. Compared to breaking banks, using the bolt support reduced the time which affects the mining face, decreased working tensity and strengthened the security coefficient. Before the accidents of falling banks and falling plates happened, it could timely control the banks and plates, and drive forward the mining face rapidly and smoothly.
