摘要
报道了一种新型二溴对甲基偶氮羧磺染料的合成方法,及其与锶在0 48mol/L盐酸介质中形成的稳定的蓝色络合物.其最大吸收波长位于620nm处,表观摩尔吸光系数为8 88×104L·mol-1·cm-1,锶量在0~0 25μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律.该试剂与其他测定锶的试剂相比,具有灵敏度高、选择性好等优点.
A new reagent dibromopmethylcarboxysulfonazo has been designed and synthesized.The color reaction of the new reagent with strontium has been studied and reported.In 048?mol/L HCl medium,the new reagent dibrompmethylcarboxysulfonazo reacts with strontium to form a blue complex,having an absorption maximum at 620?nm with a molar absorptivity of 888×104 L·mol-1·cm-1.Beers law is obeyed in the range 0~25?μg of strontium in 25?mL of solution.It is found that dibromopmethylcarboxyonazo is a highly sensitive and selective chromogenic reagent in comparison with other reagents when dertermining strontium.
