摘要
为了提高配光性能的检测手段很,在分析传统配光性能测试方法基础上,设计了一种能自动完成车用灯具配光性能检测的高精度检测系统;该检测系统采用测光头传感器布点法,用单片机作为下位机,它能自动完成数据采集、运算处理、标准判别;另外,用PC机作为上位机,完成人机界面、数据存储、检测报告打印和与下位机的通讯等功能。上位机和下位机组合可以构成一个完整的智能测试系统,下位机也可单独完成测试功能。实验表明,整个系统测量精度高,多个测光头相对示值误差均不超过±1.5% ,达到标准级,是一种低成本的设计方案,具有较大的应用价值。
In order to improve detecting method of light-match performance ,therefore, on the basis of analysis on traditional methods of light-match performance,a kind of measuring system of light-match performance is designed, whose function can implement automatically, and its precision is high. The measuring system adopted approach of sensors distribution, and applied single chip machine (SCM) as slave computer, which can realize data acquisition, operation processing and criterion judgment. In addition, personal computer (PC) is used as master computer, which can realize many functions such as human-machine interface, data memory and report print and communication with slave computer and so on. Combination of master and slave can obtain a perfect intelligent measuring system, certainly, only slave computer can implement detecting function. The experiments show that the systems precision is high, relative error is lower than ±1.5%, which has meet corresponding criterion. So the planning is low in cost, good in applying prospect.
