Another proof of Wolk theorem

用一种新方法证明了Wolk定理,即:每个具有对角线性质的有限连通简单图至少有一个中心点.

A new method is given to prove the Wolk theorem,that is,each finite connected simple graph with the diagonal property has at least one central point.
