通过继续教育管理信息系统软件编制过程的大量实践和探索,提出了适用于继续教育管理信息化的网络系统构成模式和数据流程方案,并在网络数据库的安全性、完整性方面,提出了服务器集中备份和终端机分布备份相结合的自动备份思想.同时,针对继续教育管理的教务特点,在成绩管理子系统中,以一种分布式、多层次的灵活思想实现了成绩数据录入、查询、打印工作量的分解,解决了成绩管理过程中数据录入的瓶颈问题和纸张浪费日趋严重的现象.对于实现各种规模的继续教育或成人教育管理工作的标准化、网络化、信息化、智能化,具有一定的借鉴作用和指导意义.
