摘要
采用浸渍法和并流共沉淀法制备含 Ni量不同的 Ni/Zr O2 催化剂 ,研究了它们在二氧化碳甲烷化反应中的催化性能 .结果表明 ,共沉淀法制备的高 Ni催化剂具有良好的催化性能 .在较温和的条件 ( T=5 73K,P=0 .1 MPa,GHSV=1 2 0 0 0 h- 1)下 ,CO2 的转化率达 99.7% ,CH4 的选择性达 1 0 0 % .Ni与 Zr O2 的相互作用对催化活性有很强的影响 .Ni的含量和 CO2 吸附程度决定了甲烷化反应活性 .催化剂作用下活化能的大小与活性变化规律相符 .
The catalysts Ni/ZrO 2 were prepared by impregnation and coprecipitation method. The catalytic methanation of carbon dioxide was performed in a fixed-bed reactor to test the behavior of Ni/ZrO 2 catalyst during the reaction. The results indicate that the catalyst with high nickel content prepared by coprecipitation method was an active one. CO 2 conversion of 99.7% and selectivity of 100% were obtained under the condition of GHSV=12000 h -1 P=0.1 MPa and T=573 K. The electronic interaction between metal and support [support-metal strong interaction (SMSI)] play very important roles in the catalytic activity. Methanation activity is dependent on the nickel content and the degree of CO 2 adsorption at the reaction considered.
