反相高效液相色谱法测定胃必宁片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of the Content of Berberine Hydrochloride in Weibining Tablets by RP-HPLC

目的 :用反相高效液相色谱法测定胃必宁片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法 :色谱柱为Nova-PakC18,流动相为0 033mol/L磷酸二氢钾 -乙腈 (60∶40) ,检测波长为265nm。结果 :盐酸小檗碱的含量在0 32～1 6μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0 9999) ,平均回收率为98 93% (n=5) ,RSD=0 90%。结论 :本方法简便、快速 。
