本文在研究实物期权理论基础上,比较了实物期权理论与净现值法NPV在投资决策中的应用,重点研究了实物期权理论在投资决策中的具体应用,并探讨了实物期权理论对我国财务管理的启示意义。

In this paper, on the basis of studying real option theory, and comparing real option theory and NPV, the application of real option theory in investment decision is studied in detail. At the same time, this paper discuss the inspiring significance of the real option on the our financing management.
