A Probe into the problems of China's Finance Structure Adjustment Under the Condition of Opening Finance Market

我国加入世界贸易组织后金融市场亦将逐步对外全面开放,这就意味着我们要在相对较短的过渡期内对现有的投融资结构做出相应的调整。本文对我国现行投融资体制、结构的背景、存在的问题及问题发生的原因进行了分析,对在提高金融效益、保证金融安全的前提下如何解决这些问题,如何应对金融市场开放所带来的冲击做出了相应的探讨。

Our finance market will be opened to the outside world gradually with China entering WTO. This means that we must adjust our on-going investment structure is mainly based on the command-economic system. This article is trying to analyze the background of our finance system, stucture; to probe the reasons led to these existing situation; to suggest some ways to solve the problems; and find some ways to cope with the impact resulted form opening finance market.
