介绍了磨料水射流切割优点和国内外水切机的磨料主要供给方式。通过对超高压水的流动特性分析 ,提出了在水切机磨料供给系统设计时 ,磨料供给量计算方法 ,并综合归纳了影响磨料供给量的水喷嘴、磨料喷嘴直径、系统压力的高低和磨料自身特性 (粒度、流动性 )等相关因素 。
