摘要
通过对 2 0CrMnTi热处理过程中的组织变化 ,表层应力的消除方法、机加工过程中的磨削参数选择、砂轮的选择、磨削液的选择等分析 。
By analyzing the change of organization during the process of heat treatment of 20 CrMnTi, to the way of eliminating for surface stress, the choosing of grinding parameters during machining, and to the choosing of grinding wheel and grinding fluid, the author puts forward measures for preventing grinding cracks.
