This article analyses the characteristics of the supporting roller block ring for SPJ-800 suspended driving belt used for mine, and introduces the calculation methods of the blade in convex-hollow mould in detail. From several aspects, such as selection of materials, heat treat, dimension of the mould thickness, the article introduces how to improve mould of supporting roller block ring. What's more, it tests and verifies the effect of economy and technology.
