底渣的冷却和输送是循环流化床应用难点之一 ,也是影响循环流化床运行的主要瓶颈之一。江苏苏源贾汪发电厂工程在选择底渣的冷却和输送方法时 ,对“超强钢带冷渣排渣方案”和“风水冷渣器方案” ,进行了详细分析和技术经济比较。在进行经济、技术比较后 。
One of the difficulties for the circulating fluidized bed (CFB) is the cooling and handling of the bottom slag, which is also one of the neck problems effecting on the operation of CFB. While selecting the bottom slag cooling and handling method in the project of Jiangsu Suyuan Jiawang Power Plant, detailed analysis and technical comparison has been executed for two options- 'extra-strong steel belt cold slag discharge' and 'air water cooling slag'. After economical and technical comparison the conclusion is the option of extra-strong steel belt cold slag discharge is prior to the option of mechanical slag discharge with air-water cooling slag device.
