通过对影响成才的多个因素进行问卷调查 ,根据问卷调查得到的数据 ,利用数理统计的主成分分析法分析大学生对成才问题的看法 。

A questionnaire investigation is carried out to chart the undlergraduates’viewpoints about the factors that affect them to be persons with ability. With the support of the data, the attitudes of the undergraduates about being person with ability is analysed in the principal composition analysis of mathematical statistics method, then some educational strategies are put forward.
