摘要 以富马酸和环氧丙烷为原料,采用两步法合成了聚富马酸二羟丙酯(PPF),即先合成预聚体双富马酸-2-羟基丙酯(PFP),然后通过酯交换得PPF.采用IR,1HNMR对合成的PPF进行了结构表征,并研究了不同反应温度、反应时间对中间产物PFP产率的影响,结果发现,在90℃反应3.5h后,PFP的产率达到最高值,为7.1%. In this paper, poly (propylene fumarate)(PPF) was synthesized by a twostep reaction, in which PPF synthesized by transesterification using oligomer bis(2hydroxypropyl fumarate)(PFP) as starting materials. Intermediate product PFP was prepared with fumaric acid and propylene oxide. PPF was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The effect of reaction temperature and time on the production ratio of PFP was investigated. It's production ratio reached the maximal value (7.1%) when the reaction lasted for 3.5 h at 90 ℃.
