摘要
以富马酸和环氧丙烷为原料,采用两步法合成了聚富马酸二羟丙酯(PPF),即先合成预聚体双富马酸-2-羟基丙酯(PFP),然后通过酯交换得PPF.采用IR,1HNMR对合成的PPF进行了结构表征,并研究了不同反应温度、反应时间对中间产物PFP产率的影响,结果发现,在90℃反应3.5h后,PFP的产率达到最高值,为7.1%.
In this paper, poly (propylene fumarate)(PPF) was synthesized by a twostep reaction, in which PPF synthesized by transesterification using oligomer bis(2hydroxypropyl fumarate)(PFP) as starting materials. Intermediate product PFP was prepared with fumaric acid and propylene oxide. PPF was characterized by IR and 1H NMR. The effect of reaction temperature and time on the production ratio of PFP was investigated. It's production ratio reached the maximal value (7.1%) when the reaction lasted for 3.5 h at 90 ℃.
