摘要
研究了新型防霉剂双乙酸钠对常见霉菌的抑菌作用.通过与防霉剂山梨酸钾对霉菌抑菌作用相比较,双乙酸钠抑制霉菌的效果好于山梨酸钾.
This paper discusses the properties of Sodium Diacetate(SDA),a new antifungin,and its inhibition acting on normal mould. The results show that bacteriostatic activity of SDA on mould is better than that of sorbic acid potassium.
