摘要
提出在离散型制造业实施信息化必须实施基于GT的BPR ,研究了应用GT整合业务流程和管理职能的方法 ,并以NGC -CIMS的计划流程为例分析了业务流程的成组与整合 。
The thinking of realizing manufacturing information in discrete manufacturing enterprises based on GT&BPR is put forward, and the ways of grouping business processes and management functions by using GT are studied. Taking scheme processes in NGC\|CIMS, grouping and conformity of business processes and application effects carried GT&BPR into execution are analyzed, and GT is the basis of realizing BPR.
