高职教育“双师素质”教师队伍建设的问题与对策

Issues and its Countermeasures on Building the Teaching Body Embodying Qualifications of Dual Professional Titles in Higher Vocational Education

“双师素质”教师在高职教育教师队伍中占有重要地位,对提高高职教育教学质量具有关键作用。但目前在“双师素质”教师建设中还存在不少问题,政府部门和高职院校必须共同努力,切实加强“双师素质”教师队伍建设。

The teachers who have qualifications of dual professional degrees occupy an important place in the staff of the higher education and play a key role in improving teaching quality of higher education. At present, however, a number of issues still exist in the building of the staff of this kind. Therefore, government department and the higher vocational college ought to make joint efforts and strengthen this task.
