摘要 高等职业教育的迅猛发展,对高职教育教学质量提出了严峻挑战。把零缺点管理思想运用于高职教育教学质量管理,是保证和提高高职教学质量的有效途径之一。本文在分析高职教育培养目标、质量观基础上,运用零缺点管理思想构建了高职教育教学质量管理体系,并对体系指标内涵进行了论述。 1 he increasing development ol the higher vocational education oilers a serious challenge to the teaching quality of the higher vocational education. Applying the 'Zero Defects Managenent' Ideas to the teaching quality management of the higher vocational education is one of the effective ways to guarantee and upgrade the teaching quality of the higher and analysing the training targets and quality requirements of the higher vocational education, this paper applies the 'Zero Defects Management' Ideas to the building of the teaching quality management system of the higher vocational education and gives a systimetic description of the implication of the index of the system.
