An annual check-up on the teachers is routine work of personnel management in Changsha Aeronautical Vocational and Technical College, To begin with, the article gives a general revision and summary of this work in this college. Upon that, the author offers her own reflections on improving and perfecting an annual check-up on the teachers of this college.
