高职院校图书馆在素质教育中的比较优势与对策

Comparative Strongpoints and Countermeasures of Library of Higher Vocation College in Quality Education

高等职业教育是为地方经济和社会发展,培养应用型、技术型人才,致力于提高劳动者的综合素质。素质教育成为高职院校人才培养目标能否顺利实现的重要课题。在培养和提高学生综合素质的多种途径中,图书馆的功能发挥十分重要。本文结合图书馆的工作实践,在分析了高职大学生素质教育的基础上,对图书馆在大学生素质教育中的比较优势和对策进行了探讨。

It is shown that higher vocational education trains applicative and technical talents for the local economy, social development, and targets on improving workers' comprehensive qualities. Quality education becomes an important subject which we can reach the aim of talents training tn the higher vocational college. The library plays a key role in training and improving the students' comprehensive qualities. This article analyses the quality education with regards to the college students, summaries the experience of working in the library, and explores the library comparative strong-points and countermeasures in quality education of the college students.
