摘要
利用系统工程方法,对ＶＴＳ进行系统分析,研究管理与ＶＴＳ的关系,提出包含管理的ＶＴＳ系统结构模型——“人员－设施－(内)环境－管理”,说明我国已建成的ＶＴＳ为提高效益所应努力方向。
Using the theory of system engineering, the paper researches the relation between the VTS system and the management science, and puts forward an 'operator - facilities - environment - management' structural model, in which, emphasis is placed on the management element. The author holds that will improve the efficiency of VTS system established in our country.
