摘要
根据模糊综合评判原理和评标基本原则 ,提出运用模糊综合评判进行评标的新方法 。
According to the basic principles of fuzzy and comprehensive evaluation and the rule of tender evaluation, this paper brings up a new method of tender evaluation, and explains superiority and feasibility of the method by analyzing engineering examples
