摘要
通过金相显微镜对60Si2Mn钢制汽车板簧疲劳损坏的过程进行显微组织分析,研究了疲劳裂纹萌生的位置、扩展过程和扩展途径,探索提高汽车板簧疲劳寿命的有效方法。
The microscopic structure of the plane-spring made of 60si2Mn steel after the fatigue crack is observed and analyzed with mettaloscope. The original locations and extending process of the fatigue crack are studied. An effective method which can improve the life of plane-springs is explored.
