对大学生实施素质教育工作是党务工作者应尽的责任。但当前大学生素质教育工作的深入开展却举步艰难 ,一个重要的原因就是缺乏科学的评价体系 ,因此构建大学生综合素质评价体系的新平台已迫在眉睫 ,刻不容缓。文章力求探讨出一个科学的、规范的和操作性强的综合素质评价体系 ,有助于党务工作者工作内容的有效拓展和工作的科学化。

As a party administrative personel, to carry out quality education in the college students is my duty. But now, lt's verg hard to make more progress. Of all the reasons, the most important one is that there is no scientific evaluating system. So it's urgent to build a comprehensive evaluating system for the college students. This article has put forward a scientific, standard, operational, comprehensive evaluating system. It will be helpful for the party administrators to do their work efficiently and scientifically.
