How to Safeguard Lawyer's Lowful Rights and Interests

本文以依法维权为切入点,阐述了律师合法执业权益被侵害的主要因素。同时,提出了依法维护律师合法权益的途径和改革措施,对律师实践具有很强的指导性。

In this report, based on the ideas of attorneys'lawful fights, we analyaed the mail reasons why attorneys'lawful working rights were damaged. Meamwhile. we also talked about the ways to protect attorneys'rights according to laws and provided practcing directions for lawyers.
