摘要
电势系数是交流伺服电动机的重要参数 ,在电源电压确定的情况下 ,它的值直接影响电动机的空载转速和开环机械特性 ,从中得出电势系数的值主要取决于交流伺服电动机额定转速的结论。给出了近代超小交流伺服电动机设计的主要途径是取较小值的电势系数 。
The EMF constant is an important parameter of AC servo.Its value will influence no-load speed and open loop mechanical feature of the motor directly when source voltage is determined.From above,the conclusion that the value of EMF constant is determined mainly by rated speed of AC servo can be drawn.In this paper it is presented that the main method of the design for superminiature AC servo recently is to take EMF constant smaller,and decline the copper losses of stator coil at the same time.
