摘要 介绍了一种无位置传感器无刷直流电机控制系统的硬件结构和控制软件 ,并对电机的起动过程进行了分析。该系统以 Motorola MC68HC0 8MR3 2单片机为核心 ,主回路开关器件采用 IGBT,用 IR2 13 5驱动 ,组成功率变换电路 ,转子位置使用“反电势法” A control system of sensorless Brushless DC Motor(BLDCM)is presented in this paper.The hardware and software are introduced,and the start process is analyzed .In the system,Motorola MC68HC08MR32 is used as MCU,the IGBTS are used to build the main power switch circuit,and drive circuit is consisted of IR2135.The rotor position is detected by the Zero-cross of Back-EMF.
