摘要 目的 :了解不同种类葡萄球菌在本院临床标本中的感染情况及耐药性 ,为临床治疗和控制此类感染提供参考。方法 :采用VITEK AMSGPI卡进行鉴定 ,纸片扩散法 (NCCLS)及GPS卡进行药敏实验、β内酰胺酶测定和MRS检测 ,并结合临床资料进行分析。结果 :总共 375 3株感染菌中 82 2株为葡萄球菌 (2 1.90 % ) ,其中金黄色葡萄球菌 (SA) 32 2株 (39.17% ) ,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌 (CNS) 5 0 0株 (6 0 .83% )。SA中 2 93株 (90 .99% )产生 β内酰胺酶 ,苯唑西林耐药者 (MRSA) 183株(5 6 .83% ) ;CNS中 4 5 0株 (90 .0 0 % )产生 β内酰胺酶 ,苯唑西林耐药的凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌 (MRCNS) 35 0株 (70 .0 0 % )。 结论 :葡萄球菌特别是凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌是临床感染的主要致病菌之一 ;万古霉素是有效治疗苯唑西林耐药的葡萄球菌(MRS)的唯一可选药物 ;合理使用抗生素对治疗和控制感染至关重要。 Objective:To study the role of various species of Staphylococci in the clinical infections and their drug resistance with a view to offering references for the control of the infection.Methods:VITEK AMS GPI card was used for identification,disc diffusion test methods(NCCLS)and GPS card were used to detect the drug resistance,beta lactamase and MRS.Results:Among the 3 753 strains isolated from clinical samples,822( 21.90 %) strains were staphylococci ,among which 322 strains(39.17%) were staphylococci aureur (SA) and 500(60.83%) coagulase negtive staphylococci (CNS).90.99%(293) of SA produced beta lactamase and 56.83 %(183) were MRSA;90.00% of CNS were beta lactamase positive strains and 70.00% were MRCNS.Conclusions: Staphylococci, especially CNS,is one of the main pathogens leading to clinical infections.Vancomycin is the only available effective antibiotic.It is very important to use antibiotics properly for the control of the infections.
