经腹行贲门癌切除术34例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 34 cases receiving transventral cardia incision

目的 :探讨经腹行贲门癌切除术的适应证和优越性。方法 :对 34例经腹行贲门癌切除术的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 :34例经腹行贲门癌切除术中 ,食管切端癌残留 8例 ,切端癌残留率为 2 3.5 % (8/34) ,肿瘤累及食管下段者 2 2例 ,无 1例发生吻合口瘘。结论 :经腹行贲门癌切除术具有损伤小、术后恢复快等优点 。

Objective:To explore the advantages and indications of transventral carcinoma of the partial gastrectomy for cardia.Methods:The clinical data of 34 patients performed transventral candia incisions were analyzed.Results:Among the 34 patients,8 had residual termination cancer incision of esophagus and the residual rate was 23.5%(8/34).Twenty two patients had tumors eroding the lower segment of esophagus.Anostonotic leakage occurred in no patient.Conclusions:Transventral cardia incision has the advantages of little trauma and fast recovery.Successful operation needs favorable subphrenic exposure and reliable technique for anastomosis.
