非体外循环下双向上腔静脉肺动脉吻合术2例

摘要 目的 :探讨非体外循环下双向上腔静脉肺动脉吻合术治疗复杂先天性心脏病的手术适应证、外科技巧和疗效。方法 :2例患儿分别为完全性大动脉转位合并单心室与右室双出口 (法洛四联症型 ) ,均为男性 ,年龄分别为 11岁、4岁 ,体重 31kg与 15 .5kg ,常温非体外循环下建立上腔静脉 -右心房转流 ,完成上腔静脉 -肺动脉端侧吻合。 结果 :2例患儿术后恢复顺利 ,无并发症 ,SpO2 上升至 88%~ 96 %。结论 :非体外循环下双向上腔静脉肺动脉吻合术是治疗肺血减少型复杂先天性心脏病的简便、微创、有效的术式。
