摘要
目的 :以白芍中主要成分芍药苷的含量为指标 ,优选提取最佳工艺条件。方法 :采用正交试验法进行优选。结果 :以70 %的乙醇回流 ,调节 p H至 6~ 7,上 AB- 8大孔吸附树脂层析后得到的芍药苷含量均在 40 %以上。结论
Objective:To optimize the optimum extraction process for paeoniflorin in Paeonia lactiflora Pall by using content of the paeoniflorin as the index.Methods:The extraction process was optimized by the orthogonal design.Results:The optimum extraction colophony, and the content of paeoniflorin can be up to 40%.Conclusion:The separated effect of paeoniflorin is very preferable by using this technology, furthermore, the manipulation is simple and quick.
