摘要
与教师职后培训相联系的教师专业发展阶段可分为适应、探索、建立、成熟、平和五个阶段,每个阶段都有其特殊性。因此,教师培训要根据教师专业不同阶段的特点确定培训目的、要求和内容,使其具有阶段性特点,同时,教师培训必须贯穿其专业的始终。
Related to the post vocational train ing,the teacher' s specialty development can break in to five stages of adaptation,exploration,establishment,maturity and stable ness,with each having its special ch aracteris-tics.Therefore in training teachers we should determine our training aim,requirement and content accordin g to the characteristics of each stage of the teacher' s specialty development,and at the s ame time training of teachers must run through their specialty.
