在课程政策制定中,权力与利益是不可或缺的两大要素,二者具有明显的互动性。由于实施不同类型课程政策的国家,各有其不相同的主导利益追求,而且这些主导利益往往是对立的,因此,在利益追求日益多元化的社会中,一项“好”的课程政策的制定要求克服这一弊病,努力使各种利益团体的利益表达达致和谐状态。

In curriculum policy making,power a nd interest are two indispensable elements,which affect each other.Having different curriculum policies,different countries seek different dominant interests,whic h are usually opposite.In order to make a good curr iculum policy,we should overcome th e disadvantage and try to bring the in-terests of different interest groups to the state of harmony.
