摘要 报道了油菜素内酯 (BR)对悬浮培养的中国红豆杉 (Taxuschinensis)细胞生长、紫杉醇合成及苯丙氨酸裂解酶 (PAL)活性的影响 .添加 1.7ng·L- 1 ,17ng·L- 1 和 170ng·L- 1 的BR分别使细胞的紫杉醇质量分数增加了 5 8.7% ,10 3 .9%和 86.9% .并且低浓度下油菜素内酯有轻微促进细胞生长的作用 .在 17ng·L- 1 BR诱导作用下 ,红豆杉细胞PAL在 40h内达到蜂值 。 Brassinolide (BR) was added into Taxus chinensis cell s uspension cultures at gradient concentrations. Compared with the control, the pa xlitaxel content was increased by 58.7?%, 103.9?% and 86.9?% respectively, wh en concentration of BR was 1.7?ng·L -1 , 17?ng·L -1 and 170?ng·L -1 . Cell growth ratio was slightly raised from 337.3?% to 348.1?% and 3 57.9?% respectively with BR between 1.7?ng·L -1 and 17?ng·L -1 . The PAL activity was increased with BR at 17?ng·L -1 . The mechanism res ponsible for these treament effects was discussed.
