臭氧活性炭、纳滤联用制取优质饮用水的中试研究——水质净化效果研究 被引量:3

摘要 臭氧活性炭、纳滤联用对受污染饮用水深度净化的中试处理效果表明,在臭氧投量3.3mg/L,臭氧化反应时间12 min,活性炭滤速6.5 m/h的运行条件下,臭氧活性炭预处理能够大量地去除原水中的污染物,可保证纳滤的正常运行;纳滤采用一级两段的级联方式,在操作压力为0.6~0.7 MPa,膜通量为25.6L/m^2·h,回收率为75%的条件下,对预处理后残余有机物的净化效果良好,其部分脱盐的特性可保留水中部分矿物质,提高了水质的安全性和健康性。 The pilot study of drinking water advanced treatment was carried out in test site, and the combination of ozonation, granular activated carbon (GAC) and nanofiltration was employed as the test process. Based on a lot of trials, 3.3 mg/L of ozone dosage, 12 min of ozonation time and 6.5 m/h of GAC filter rate were chosen as the optimal parameters of ozonation and GAC. Under these conditions, a large quality of micro-pollutants in drinking water was removed and prevented from running into nanofiltration. Therefore the normal operation of nanofiltration was assured. The two meebrane modules of nanofiltration adopted parallelling as their connection method. The operational pressure of nanofiltration was 0.6 - 0.7 MPa, membrane flux was 25.6 L/m2·h, and recovery was 75 % . Nanofiltration showed good removal capability of residual organic matter by using above parameters. Part minerals could also be retained by nanofiltration. So the safety and healthiness of effluent quality was improved further.
